Artist’s Statement

I create art to find the beautiful in the ugly. Taking themes of the darkest of human emotions and experiences and exposing them in the artwork. I believe that art can be used as a sort of coping mechanism by using the abstract imagery to deal with the very real problems surrounding all of us.
