As the oldest arts organization west of the Mississippi, the St. Louis Artists' Guild has maintained a robust exhibition program, since 1886. Currently, located in the iconic, mid-century modern Famous-Barr department store our contemporary gallery space boasts 20-foot ceilings and over 5,000 square feet of exhibition space. We provide opportunities for juried, solo, and small group exhibitions that are always free and open to the public.

Monday Night Print

Monday, June 18 from 6pm to 8pm

Every other month, on the third Monday, the St. Louis Artists' Guild invites you to the printmaking studio for press time and to participate in a *hands-on demonstration from a guest artist. June Guest Artist: STLAG instructor Luke Firle will demonstrate the dry point technique. Participants may bring a drawing or image that is 6" x 6" to copy.  Also, please bring an etching needle if you have one. Printing paper  and ink provided. Register Here

Piece of Paper Awards Presentation and Gallery Talk

Friday, June 22 from 6pm to 8pm

Join the juror of Piece of Paper, Karen Kunc, as she presents the awards and discusses work in the exhibition, Piece of PaperThe Juried Artists will also have the opportunity to speak about their work. Piece of Paper explores paper as medium and in which the use of paper is a primary concern as a means of expression and aesthetic.
