Orizomegami

On Saturday, July 7th join the St. Louis Artists' Guild for a multicultural exploration of paper and color. We will use the Japanese tradition of folding and dying paper, known as orizomegami, to create decorative papers that can be used for notebook covers, paper flags, and banners.

This is a great time to get out of the heat and view the current exhibit "Piece of Paper," that explores paper as medium and in which the use of paper is a primary concern as a means of expression and aesthetic.
