Impressionism: Light & Color

3 weeks, Wednesdays, 10am-12:30 PM

Dive into the world of the Impressionists— learn to see light, paint with color, and capture the feeling of the moment. In this short class, each week will be different!
Week 1: Introduction to Impressionist techniques.
Week 2: Outdoor painting session in the Botanical Garden (St. Louis City/County residents enjoy free Garden admission on Wednesdays from 7 a.m.–noon, $16.00 General Admission)
Week 3: Saint Louis Art Museum visit with quick sketching.
By the end of the three weeks, you will have a series of impressionist-style sketches and a fresh, creative perspective!
Please arrive to the Botanical Garden and Saint Louis Art Museum at 10am. We will enter as a group promptly at 10:05am.

If you must cancel, please email (info@stlouisartistsguild.org) or call STLAG. A refund will be given only if cancellation occurs seven days prior to the first day of class. No exceptions. Refunds will be processed minus a $25 withdrawal fee per course registration.
