Refining the Foundations of Figure Drawing

Mondays, 6 weeks, 6-8:30 PM

This drawing class will be focused on developing and refining one's figurative drawing skills. Over the course of six weeks, students will use photographic references and live models to develop their eye and refine accuracy. We will discuss and implement techniques to strengthen composition. Expect instructor guidance and light classroom discussion. Drawings will be done in graphite or charcoal, students' choice, with opportunity for experimental techniques. This course is catered towards beginner and intermediate artists with some experience in figure drawing. Advanced students are welcome.

If you must cancel, please email (info@stlouisartistsguild.org) or call STLAG. A refund will be given only if cancellation occurs seven days prior to the first day of class. No exceptions. Refunds will be processed minus a $25 withdrawal fee per course registration.
