Gelli Block Monoprinting - Alternative Print Methods

March 25 - April 15, 2026

4 weeks, Wednesdays, 1-3:30PM

Instructor: Sarah Loving

In this four week workshop students have the opportunity to learn about gelli plate printmaking. Participants will use magazines and acrylic paint to make organic gelli print transfers. Students will also work collaboratively to explore how to incorporate the prints into mixed media. Each student will take home a mix of monoprints to incorporate into their own work.

Students will need to wear closed toe shoes and be aware that clothes make get stained with ink/paint.

Most materials are provided, but students are asked to bring in old glossy magazines, and laser printed images (printed images must be toner based, try FedEx!)

Member $175 | Non-Member $225

If you must cancel, please email (info@stlouisartistsguild.org) or call STLAG. A refund will be given only if cancellation occurs seven days prior to the first day of class. No exceptions. Refunds will be processed minus a $25 withdrawal fee per course registration.
